Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and mobile applications operated by Offensive Threads LLC under the App Drafting Labs brand ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including MatrixSnap, BeginAnyway, ClayChonk, Jellyzip, and any other apps we publish (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Use of Services

Our Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use automated systems to access the Services without our permission

Accounts, Packs & Subscriptions

Some features in some apps may require account registration or a paid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Where a subscription is offered, terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by the Apple App Store (or Google Play) terms and your selected plan.

BeginAnyway is a free download and does not require an account. The core alarm, Missions start streak, and Morning Start Challenge are free. BeginAnyway Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription (US $4.99 per month or $19.99 per year) that adds full history, a photo-proof timeline, and streak insights and stats. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, your Apple ID is charged and the subscription renews at the same price. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Local prices may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

ClayChonk does not require an account. Optional cosmetic content packs (such as Garden Glaze and Spooky Tray) are one-time non-consumable in-app purchases sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You can Restore Purchases in the pack sheets to re-download packs you already bought. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Jellyzip does not require an account and contains no ads. Optional Character Packs (US $1.99 or $2.99 each) and the all-packs bundle (US $7.99) are one-time non-consumable in-app purchases sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system — not subscriptions, and they never auto-renew. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; local prices may vary by region and are always shown in the App Store before you buy. Purchase history is managed through RevenueCat — tap Restore Purchases in Settings or the Characters shop to restore packs you already bought. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Beans, outfits, pets, and trails earned or unlocked in the game are virtual items with no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

User Content & Photo Uploads

You retain ownership of content you create within our apps, including photos (captured in-app or selected from your device photo library), logbook entries, notes, and other user-created content. By using MatrixSnap's AI identification or cloud sync features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded photos and associated data solely to provide the requested Services (including AI analysis via Google Gemini and secure storage via Supabase). By using BeginAnyway, proof photos and task data remain on your device unless a future feature you enable syncs them; BeginAnyway does not use generative AI on your content. By using ClayChonk, clay and shelf state remain on your device; ClayChonk does not use generative AI on your content. By using Jellyzip, your game progress remains on your device.

You represent that you have the right to upload any photos or content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

ClayChonk Features

ClayChonk is a squishable clay playground for pulling, pressing, reshaping soft clay, firing pieces in a kiln ceremony, and keeping them on a local shelf. Mash, fire, shelf, share, and daily studio gifts are free. Optional cosmetic packs add glazes, kiln forms, and shelf badges only — they do not gate the core loop. Clay creations stay on your device; ClayChonk does not use generative AI and does not provide medical advice or therapy.

Pack purchases are one-time App Store in-app purchases (not subscriptions). Entitlements may be verified with Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat. Use Restore Purchases if you reinstall or switch devices on the same Apple ID.

Use ClayChonk safely — take breaks from continuous haptic feedback if needed, and do not use the app while driving or in situations where distraction could cause harm.

Jellyzip Features

Jellyzip is a cozy one-thumb candy runner: run, jump, and take wild rides through six themed worlds, rescue friends, collect beans and candy characters, and dress up your jelly hero with outfits, hats, pets, and trails. The full adventure — every world, daily treats, and weekly events — is free to play, and there are no ads. Optional Character Packs add new playable heroes and color styles only; they do not gate levels or progress.

In-game beans and items are a limited license for use in Jellyzip only and have no real-world value. Daily treats and weekly events run on your device's clock; we may adjust event rewards or schedules in updates. Game Center sign-in and leaderboards are optional and provided by Apple.

Play safely — take breaks, and do not play while driving or in situations where distraction could cause harm.

BeginAnyway Features

BeginAnyway helps you begin a named morning task using a photo proof or an in-app 2‑minute timer. It is a productivity tool only. BeginAnyway does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or ADHD care, and it is not a substitute for professional help. System alarms that break Silent / Focus require Apple's AlarmKit entitlement; until granted, mission flows may be limited to in-app preview.

You are responsible for the tasks you set and for using the camera safely. Do not use BeginAnyway while driving or in any situation where distraction could cause harm.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Offensive Threads LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

MatrixSnap provides AI-assisted fossil and specimen identification suggestions powered by Google Gemini. These results are informational and educational in nature and should not be considered definitive scientific identification. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated identifications. Always consult qualified professionals for scientific, commercial, or legal purposes.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information — including photos, location data, and logbook content. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OFFENSIVE THREADS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Offensive Threads LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
