Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any AppDrafting Labs application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our software. These Terms supplement any agreements you may have with Apple, Google, or other platform providers through which you obtained the application.

Permitted Use

AppDrafting Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

You agree not to:

• Use our applications for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell access to our applications or any portion thereof
• Use our applications to develop competing products or services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our applications or related systems

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to our applications — including but not limited to software, algorithms, design architecture, user interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and trade secrets — are and remain the exclusive property of AppDrafting Labs LLC.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our intellectual property. User-generated content (such as field notes, photographs, and discovery logs) remains yours; however, you grant us a limited license to process such content solely to provide app functionality (including AI-assisted identification where applicable).

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppDrafting Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Identification results and geological data are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional geological or scientific advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AppDrafting Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our applications.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software immediately ceases. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the application and, if applicable, requesting deletion of your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which AppDrafting Labs LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our applications after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
